Get Missed Jobs

Your number stays the same. The calls you miss get answered.

Here’s what happens on a call, what happens in an emergency, and what setup looks like from the first walkthrough to the end of the pilot.

Where a call goes

Forwarding is set on your existing phone line. You can turn it off at any time.

You choose when calls forward

After hours
Calls forward on a schedule you set, like evenings, weekends and holidays.
When lines are busy
If every line is in use, the next caller comes to us instead of a busy signal or voicemail.
No answer
If nobody picks up after the number of rings you choose, the call forwards to us.

Most phone carriers and business phone systems support these kinds of forwarding. We check yours on the walkthrough. [CONFIRM: carriers and systems tested]

On the call

Answers under your name
Callers hear your company name on the first ring, not a phone tree.
Asks what your office would ask
What’s wrong, where, how to reach them, and the details your techs need for that trade.
Checks safety first
Gas smells, CO alarms, water near electrical. Callers in danger are told to call 911.
Sorts emergency from routine
Using the rules you set. Emergencies go to your on-call list right away.
Tells the caller what happens next
So they know someone is calling back and don’t call the next company.
Doesn’t guess
If it can’t answer something, it takes a message and flags it for you.
